My experience with Homequest has been absolutely brillant! I was coming from another country, and they helped me find a great apartment in Lausanne in less than 2 months. After defining the scope of my search, they sent me in average 1-2 apartments per day to look at / visit, and as I was abroad they did a lot of the visits themselves, always providing me with a great summary of the visit, including comments, many pictures and a video, which was extremely helpful. I literally had nothing to do. Their personnel is competent and very reactive, their way of working is clear, transparent and well explained. They have a fantastic knowledge of the city obviously, and a great network with agencies which can be a crucial factor in obtaining a flat considering how hard it is in Lausanne. The director of the agency is a great guy, extremely knowledgeable and friendly! 100% recommended!

J'ai fait appel aux services d'Homequest SA pour trouver un repreneur pour mon bail. En 10 jours un nouveau contrat a été signé. Service parfait et réactif. Ils m'ont trouvé l'appartement que je voulais, sans que je perde du temps à faire toutes les recherches. Les explications étaient claires. Bien sûr c'est un service payant mais je ne regrette pas !

Service inexistant, qui choisit ses clients en sélectionnant ceux qui sont prêts à ne pas tenir compte des lois et de la jurisprudence des tribunaux. Ils ne cherchent que les bons clients, ceux qui s'abaissent à ne pas faire valoir leurs droits.
