Quand je rend mes plaques suite à la vente de mon véhicule et qu'il ose me dire que le remboursement se fait automatiquement que j'ai rien à faire. Résultat après 3 relances d'appels et de multiples mails j'ai du attendre 1 mois. A fuir des grands sourires pour souscrire mais passif agressif quand il s'agit de résiliation.

Tant que vous payez vos prime tout va bien, par contre le jour où c est eux qui doivent payer c est une autre chose. Service client déplorable.

If you are here before signing up for their services, good for you ( I would also advise you to check reviews in Trustpilot)! I wish I did the same. The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I am particularly referring to the Geneva office. Poor communication, they don’t care about a customer rather use every opportunity to rip you off! I asked for clarification on my contract status and why I received a penalty and they said they will call me back…. They never did and next, they go to poursuites! Even when I agreed to pay just because I want to close the case and end my policy, they gave me two options (1) to pay the premiums remotely (with a QR code) and pay the poursuite fees to the poursuites office or (2) pay it all in the poursuites office. I paid with the QR code as I was travelling. Guess what? they managed to sneak in additional fees in the invoice that when I went to the poursuites office, the remaining balances increased by Chf 60! When I ask them why the total amount increased, they say that’s additional fees that was not included in the poursuites calculation and that it is ‘normal’! It felt like I was dealing with an untrustworthy individual not a company! I wouldn’t want anyone to go through this painful experience. Don’t sign-up for Allianz, at least in Geneva!

Arreter de dire ouais ils sont geniaux ou je sais pas quoi il doivent me rembourser et il ont plus de 10 jours de retard... quand nous leur devons 50 balles ils viennent 30 min après frapper a notre porte mais par contre quand eux nous doivent des sous on dirait qu'il ferme et qu'il délocalise la société, a fuir absolument

La plus grosse erreur de ma vie.Tu appelle pour une problème il te passe de une a l'autre comme dans un mach de tennis avec réponse finale :on vous rappelle. Jamais personne qui a rappelé. Je déconseille vivement
