I do not normally review or add commentary to my experiences (good or bad). So what's compelled me to put a review here? Back in August 2008 I had the privilege to experience unconditional service from Templum when looking for Immobilien in Basel, We also had the same exceptional service and experience when using their accommodation in Soubey, Switzerland. I will continue to use Stefan and his partners at Templum when looking for Immobilien as they're are friendly and customer-centric.

Decoration was great , the 2 bedroom apartment was very clean and well maintained . I got prompt response for everything I asked. It was value for money choice with decent service . No problem at all during my stay in Basel for 6 months . Go for it

I must admit it, I'm not a guy used to write reviews, but in this case I feel very obliged to do it. I was looking for an apartment in Basel and I found this business Templum Immobilien AG, a very serious and amazing company. I found what I was looking for in a short time. I would reccomend this company to anyone in Basel.

We had a perfect stay! The whole accomodation is very new, clean and charming. Stefan and his partners did a very very good job and we will definitely return one day. Thank you very much!

Contract was coherent, the team was very friendly and accommondating and eager to help and solve any enquiries and requests promptly and efficiently. Definately going to consider them again in the near future when coming back to Basel.
