La famille qui tient cette entreprise a vraiment été au top avec nous. Ils sont disponibles, honnête et toujours arrangeant pour que l'achat du bien se passe au mieux. Aujourd'hui, j'attends que notre appartement à mon compagnon et moi-même, se construit. En cas de problème, je suis persuadé qu'ils seront disponibles si besoin. Je recommande cette entreprise sans hésiter.

Effectivement, l'aspect commercial est moins stricte que ce à quoi on peut s'attendre quand on négocie un logement... so what? Je me suis senti à l'aise et en confiance, ce qui n'est pas le cas partout. La flexibilité de ces personnes est aussi un gros plus dans ce genre de situation. Merci pour le travail accompli.

Très bonnes connaissances du marché immobilier, m'avait averti en 2019, qu'un 2.5 pces neufs pour moins de CHF 400'000 à Crans-Montana était une très bonne affaire...je regrette de pas avoir écouté Mme Pfammatter

Habituée à travailler avec les agences immobilières, celle ci nous aura offert la plus mauvaise expérience de A à Z. Du collaborateur à la direction, la manière de traiter notre dossier a été désastreuse. Incompétence ou … ? Fausses informations, comportement non professionnelle, absence de relation client… la liste des griefs est longue. Je ne peux que déconseiller les services de cette agence familiale qui s'est chargée de notre dossier en 2021. Le cas échéant, Soyez vigilants sur chacune de leurs paroles et leurs actes. Je suis naturellement à disposition pour partager notre expérience en toute transparence. Et sinon, bravo pour l'art de manier vos réponses !

Le comble de l'amateurisme...je déconseille très fortement! Suite au rendez-vous fixé, je me rends de Lausanne dans une station valaisanne pour visiter le bien. Le responsable a oublié notre rendez-vous, du coup un collègue vient pour le remplacer, mais le bien est déjà vendu!Une après-midi perdue et 300km de route pour rien!

Just a perfect day Yesterday i was în Crans Montana, visiting one of the most promicing Projects of Val City :IRIS AND LOTUS! They offer 3 days of "portes ouvertes" ,(i found them on Facebook) meaning everybody îs allowed to visit the apartments. Why not i told myself. I ve always dreamt to BUY a small flat there, for the good position:200m from Funiculaire, the impresionate view over the 4000 m mountains(yes, if you ask me Iris and Lotus are located în one of The Best part of Crans montana, close to Marigny, where the view is.... Well i ll just post a Photo as proof), and also for the architecture of the buildings, they breathe luxury, to say so. În front of Iris, Mr Pfammatter was awaiting for VISITORS, very elegant, tall with a nice smile, just like an imobiliar agent should look like when he presents a Project like this. They offer JUST 13 Apartments from the 26 that are în The building. Thing is they will sell fast, as the prices are fair and..... Well they sell a DREAM. My favorite one was apartment 04 as they ve called it. You have the Photo of the plan attached. 499.700chf for 102 Square meters, with an integrated kitchen - white, and a Breathtaking view. FAIR!! What I ve appreciated about yesterday was the presetation,somehow i ve had the feeling that they(mr And. Mrs Pfammatter) listen to the client s opinion, were they trained to do this!? No, i guess this îs what îs happening when you sell a dream, all of the sudden your ideas match your client s ideas. Me, i m fed up with agents that tell you that you can t, it s not good, or not allowed, and I will NOT point them up here, you find them în my previous comments, and they know each other veeeery well ). Every thought is a sparrow launched into the FUTURE!! With Val City i could talk about renting, possible Projects, they did not say NO to my ideas, which was salutary. Yes, Valais îs The Texas of Switzerland, as mr Leonard Gianadda Once said, and yes mornings on a balcony în this Buildings are amazing, and not anyone living în Big cities have it, so why not show this views to the world, why not let people reve, why not??
